- 120 g yogurt or 120 ml coconut yogurt
Method
Step 1
Add 180 g mango, diced; 120 ml coconut milk to a small saucepan.
Step 2
Stir in 120 ml milk of choice and 15 ml maple syrup.
Step 3
Cook the mixture over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 4
Mash or whisk the mixture slightly so the texture becomes smoother.
Step 5
Fold in 120 g yogurt or 120 ml coconut yogurt for extra creaminess.
Step 6
