- 180 g mixed greens
- 1 sliced apple, 35 g dried cranberries, and 25 g walnuts
- 45 ml honey mustard dressing
- 40 g shredded cheddar
Method
Step 1
Cook or warm 340 g deli turkey, rolled and chopped until it is hot and lightly browned.
Step 2
Add 180 g mixed greens to a large bowl.
Step 3
Top the greens with 1 sliced apple, 35 g dried cranberries, and 25 g walnuts.
Step 4
Slice or break up the protein and add it over the salad base.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad with 45 ml honey mustard dressing.
Step 6
Toss the salad gently and finish it with 40 g shredded cheddar.
Step 7
Divide the salad between bowls and serve it right away.
