- 8 small tortillas
- 30 ml salsa roja
- 140 g sautéed peppers and onions and 10 g cilantro
- 15 ml oil

Method
Step 1
Season 455 g flank steak, sliced thin with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the protein until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3
Stir in 30 ml salsa roja and cook it for 1 minute so the filling turns glossy.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side.
Step 5
Spoon the hot filling into each tortilla.
Step 6
Top the tacos with 140 g sautéed peppers and onions and 10 g cilantro.
Step 7
