Ingredients

  • 180 g oats
  • 160 g dates
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 1 g sea salt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a small square tin or container with baking paper.

  2. Step 2

    Add 180 g oats, 160 g dates, and 120 g peanut butter to a bowl and stir until the mixture starts to come together.

  3. Step 3

    Add 40 g dark chocolate and 1 g sea salt and mix until everything is evenly combined.

  4. Step 4

    Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

  5. Step 5

    Chill the tin for 1 hour until the bars are firm and slice cleanly.

  6. Step 6

    Lift the slab out of the tin and cut it into even bars.

  7. Step 7

    Keep the bars chilled until you are ready to eat them.
