- 60 g crushed cookies or fruit
- 10 g chocolate drizzle
Method
Step 1
Mix the yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener until completely smooth.
Step 2
Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 3
Scatter toppings evenly across the surface and add chocolate drizzle.
Step 4
Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until solid.
Step 5
Break into shards once fully frozen.
Step 6
Store in the freezer and serve straight from frozen.
