Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 120 g cream cheese
- 30 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 peaches
- 1 beaten egg
- apricot jam
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into squares.
Step 3
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolk until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon the cream cheese filling into the center of each square and top with peach slices.
Step 5
Fold the corners in slightly to frame the filling and brush the pastry with beaten egg.
Step 6
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden and puffed.
Step 7
Brush the warm danishes with apricot jam and let them cool slightly before serving.
