One-Pan Creamy Beef Shells
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the medium pasta shells until just tender.

Ingredients
- 340 g medium pasta shells
- 455 g lean ground beef
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 70 g diced onion
- 240 ml marinara and 60 ml heavy cream
- 60 g shredded mozzarella
- salt
- black pepper
Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the medium pasta shells until just tender.
Step 2
While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook 455 g lean ground beef for 4 to 5 minutes until hot and lightly browned.
Step 3
Add the garlic and cook it for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in 70 g diced onion and cook it for 2 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Step 5
Add 240 ml marinara and 60 ml heavy cream and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta, add it to the skillet, and toss it with 60 g shredded mozzarella until glossy and coated.
Step 7
Taste the pasta, adjust the seasoning, and divide it between bowls.
