  • 120 g oat flour
  • 40 g whey protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 120 g flavor add-ins

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180C and line a small baking dish or muffin tray.

  2. Step 2

    Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and sweetener separately, then combine with dry ingredients.

  4. Step 4

    Fold in your flavor add-ins and spread the batter evenly.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 16 to 22 minutes until the center is set.

  6. Step 6

    Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
