  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g nut butter
  • 30 ml maple syrup

Method

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a small baking tin with baking paper.

    Add 120 g rolled oats; 25 g cocoa powder to a bowl and stir it well.

  3. Step 3

    Mix in 40 g nut butter and 30 ml maple syrup until a thick batter forms.

  4. Step 4

    Press the mixture evenly into the lined tin.

  5. Step 5

    Bake it for 16 to 18 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.

    Let the slab cool completely in the tin.

  7. Step 7

    Slice it into bars and serve.
