- 25 g chia seeds
- 15 ml maple syrup
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 120 g yogurt or 120 ml coconut yogurt
- 20 g chopped nuts or seeds
Method
Step 1
Add 200 g mixed berries; 25 g chia seeds to a bowl.
Step 2
Stir in 15 ml maple syrup and 5 ml vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 3
Fold in 120 g yogurt or 120 ml coconut yogurt until the mixture looks creamy.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture evenly into 4 small dessert cups.
Step 5
Top each cup with 20 g chopped nuts or seeds.
Step 6
Chill the cups for 20 minutes so the texture firms up slightly.
Step 7
