- 30 g chopped dates
- 15 g shredded coconut or finely chopped nuts
Method
Step 1
Add 200 g apples, diced; 40 g oat flour to a food processor.
Step 2
Add 40 g nut butter and 30 g chopped dates.
Step 3
Blend the mixture until it holds together when pressed.
Step 4
Roll the mixture into 10 small bites.
Step 5
Coat the bites in 15 g shredded coconut or finely chopped nuts.
Step 6
Chill them for 20 minutes until firm.
Step 7
Serve the bites cold or just slightly chilled.
