Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken cutlets, sliced
- 220 g chopped romaine
- 140 g cherry tomatoes, 4 strips cooked bacon, and 1 diced avocado
- 45 ml ranch dressing
- 20 g grated parmesan
Method
Step 1
Cook or warm 2 cooked chicken cutlets, sliced until it is hot and lightly browned.
Step 2
Add 220 g chopped romaine to a large bowl.
Step 3
Top the greens with 140 g cherry tomatoes, 4 strips cooked bacon, and 1 diced avocado.
Step 4
Slice or break up the protein and add it over the salad base.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad with 45 ml ranch dressing.
Step 6
Toss the salad gently and finish it with 20 g grated parmesan.
Step 7
Divide the salad between bowls and serve it right away.
