Ingredients

  • 220 g cottage cheese
  • 80 g oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 120 g frozen berries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • to serve peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    Measure the oats, cottage cheese, and fruit so everything is ready before you start cooking.

  2. Step 2

    Add the 80 g oats to the pan with liquid and cook them gently until thick and creamy.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in the cottage cheese and keep stirring for 1 to 2 minutes until it melts into the oats and makes them creamy.

  4. Step 4

    Add cinnamon and a small pinch of salt, then taste and add a little more sweetness if needed.

  5. Step 5

    Spoon the oats into a bowl while they are still hot.

  6. Step 6

    Top with peanut butter and chia seeds, then add the prepared fruit over the top.
