  • 20 g oat flour
  • 8 g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 5 g dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Step 1

    Mix the protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener in a microwave-safe mug.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk in the egg, Greek yogurt, and milk until a thick but smooth batter forms.

  3. Step 3

    Fold in chocolate chips and level the top.

  4. Step 4

    Microwave for 70 to 90 seconds until just set in the center.

  5. Step 5

    Let it cool for 1 minute so it firms up.

  6. Step 6

    Top with a spoon of yogurt and serve warm.
