Ingredients
- 700 g cherries

Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 190°C and butter a baking dish.
Step 2
Toss the cherries with the sugar and cornstarch, then spread them in the dish.
Step 3
Rub the butter into the flour, sliced almonds, and brown sugar until chunky crumbs form.
Step 4
Scatter the crumble evenly over the cherries.
Step 5
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and the cherries are bubbling.
Step 6
Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
