- 480 g cooked chicken, chopped
- 220 g chopped romaine
- 140 g celery, 140 g tomatoes, and 30 g shredded carrots
- 60 ml buffalo sauce and 30 ml ranch
- 40 g crumbled blue cheese
Method
Step 1
Cook or warm 480 g cooked chicken, chopped until it is hot and lightly browned.
Step 2
Add 220 g chopped romaine to a large bowl.
Step 3
Top the greens with 140 g celery, 140 g tomatoes, and 30 g shredded carrots.
Step 4
Slice or break up the protein and add it over the salad base.
Step 5
Drizzle the salad with 60 ml buffalo sauce and 30 ml ranch.
Step 6
Toss the salad gently and finish it with 40 g crumbled blue cheese.
Step 7
Divide the salad between bowls and serve it right away.
