- 340 g chicken sausage, sliced
- 340 g cooked couscous
- 140 g cherry tomatoes
- 30 ml balsamic glaze
- 40 g crumbled feta
- 15 ml olive oil
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook 340 g chicken sausage, sliced until browned.
Step 2
Add 340 g cooked couscous to the skillet and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes until it starts to turn golden.
Step 3
Stir in 140 g cherry tomatoes and cook it for 2 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Step 4
Add 30 ml balsamic glaze and stir until everything is coated.
Step 5
Cook the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 6
Finish the skillet with 40 g crumbled feta.
Step 7
Spoon the skillet into bowls and serve it hot.
