- 220 g lean ground turkey
- 2 whole-wheat pitas
- 120 g cucumber diced
- 80 g tomato diced
- 60 g red onion sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 120 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp parsley
Method
Step 1
Cook ground turkey in olive oil with salt, pepper, and oregano for 6 minutes.
Step 2
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and parsley for a quick tzatziki-style sauce.
Step 3
Warm pitas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each side.
Step 4
Fill pitas with turkey, cucumber, tomato, and onion.
Step 5
Spoon yogurt sauce inside each pita.
Step 6
Serve immediately while warm.
