- 80 g spinach
- 60 g tomato diced
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp chives chopped
Method
Step 1
Whisk egg whites and whole eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook eggs in olive oil over medium heat, stirring gently.

Step 4

Step 5
