Ingredients
- 220 g shrimp peeled
- 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
- 100 g cabbage slaw
- 60 g cucumber strips
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lime juice
Method
Step 1
Season shrimp with salt and chili flakes.
Step 2
Sear shrimp in olive oil with garlic for 2 minutes per side.
Step 3
Mix yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for sauce.
Step 4
Warm tortilla and add cabbage slaw and cucumber.
Step 5
Top with shrimp and drizzle sauce plus soy sauce.
Step 6
Roll tightly and serve.
