15-Minute Beef Teriyaki Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- 220 g lean beef strips
- 160 g cooked noodles
- 120 g broccoli
- 80 g carrots matchsticks
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce light
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion sliced
Method
Step 1
Season beef strips lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sear beef in olive oil over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes and remove.
Step 3
Stir-fry broccoli and carrots with garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add noodles and teriyaki sauce and toss to coat.
Step 5
Return beef to the pan and heat through for 1 minute.
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds and spring onion.
