- 200 g cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 whole-wheat flatbread
- 35 g light mozzarella
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce low sugar
- 80 g red onion sliced
- 60 g bell pepper
- 40 g spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Method
Step 1
Preheat a non-stick pan or oven to high heat for fast cooking.
Step 2
Spread BBQ sauce over the flatbread.
Step 3
Top with chicken, onion, bell pepper, spinach, and mozzarella.
Step 4
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the base is crisp and cheese melts.
Step 5
Add a spoon of Greek yogurt on top.
Step 6
Finish with chives and slice.
