  • 200 g cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 whole-wheat flatbread
  • 35 g light mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce low sugar
  • 80 g red onion sliced
  • 60 g bell pepper
  • 40 g spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat a non-stick pan or oven to high heat for fast cooking.

  2. Step 2

    Spread BBQ sauce over the flatbread.

  3. Step 3

    Top with chicken, onion, bell pepper, spinach, and mozzarella.

  4. Step 4

    Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the base is crisp and cheese melts.

    Add a spoon of Greek yogurt on top.

  6. Step 6

    Finish with chives and slice.
